What it does
Find the AI tools nobody approved
Connect the client's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 during the kickoff call and get the list of AI applications employees have already granted access to. No agent to install, no endpoint software.
Put a policy in front of the people it binds
Publish an AI usage policy, send it to the employees it applies to, and record who acknowledged which version and when. Republish and the obligation reopens for everyone affected.
Train by role, and keep the record
Awareness for everyone, deeper modules for the roles that need them, and a completion record with a verifiable serial number — the two distinct artefacts ISO/IEC 42001 asks for in clauses 7.2 and 7.3.
How we talk about regulation
We would rather be accurate than alarming.
Compliance software is sold with fines that do not exist. Our buyer is a consultant whose own professional reputation is on the line when they repeat a claim to a client — so every regulatory statement we publish carries the date it was checked, and we do not repeat figures we cannot find in the text.
Article 4 of the EU AI Act was amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, in force 27 July 2026. The duty moved from ensuring a sufficient level of AI literacy to taking measures that support its development. It is still binding, and it still applies to every deployer.
Article 4 is not named in any of the penalty tiers in Article 99. Vendors quoting €15M or 3% of turnover for an AI literacy failure are quoting a provision that does not say that. Penalties for Article 4 are a matter of national law.
Enforcement sits with national market surveillance authorities, not the AI Office, and their powers apply from 2 August 2026. As of June 2026 fewer than half of member states had designated one.
So why buy it? Because the enterprise customer's procurement questionnaire already asks about AI governance and ISO/IEC 42001, and that question is enforced by contract rather than by a regulator — and because the AI tools your employees signed up for on their own are an operational risk whichever way the legislation moves.
